Now that your loan has settled, we will continue working on this journey with you!

Within the next 48 hours, all your bank account details will be set up for your loans and offset accounts.

We will follow up in the next week or two to ensure you are comfortable with the structure we have set and it is working as efficiently as possible to achieve your goals.

Additionally, if there is anything else you need ever, we will be available to answer all your enquiries. No overseas call centres involved, the same people that assisted your through your loan journey will be able to do it all.

01. Getting to know you

We’ll meet with you to learn about what you want and need, and find out more about your priorities, both now and into the future.

02. Privacy Consent and Fact Find

We’ll complete the relevant paperwork, and advise you what supporting information and documentation we need to process your loan.

03. Credit Proposal

It is all about being open and transparent. We’ll present to you comprehensive understanding of your situation and final product and lender recommendation.

04. Application Submission and Approval

Application forms to be signed. With a valuation and supporting documents in hand, application will be submitted and approval to be sought.

05. Get ready to move in (or payout your outdated loan)

With formal approval confirmed, we send the mortgage documents to be signed and returned, with evidence of insurance. Feel free to have the documents checked by your solicitor, or we can help you complete the forms where we can.

06. Let’s settle!

Once all required information has been returned and verified, settlement will be booked. For purchases, we need all parties to be ready to settle, and for refinances we will usually require the outgoing mortgagee to be available to attend settlement and supply titles.

07. Now the fun begins!

How do we balance you enjoying your new home while reducing the interest charged? Welcome to the family, now we work on making sure you know the options that suit you with repaying your loan sooner, while saving for a holiday? Or a car? Or an investment? Or nothing other than telling the bank, thanks, but we no longer need you.
